At KOSHA TEKSOL PRIVATE LIMITED (Zaptronix), we believe in fair, transparent, and hassle-free returns. This page explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
📌 Before You Start (Quick Summary)
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery
- Eligible issues: damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items
- Refunds are processed after inspection approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable

We accept return requests only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Parts or accessories are missing
- The product is unused and in original condition
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return:
- Used or physically damaged items (customer-caused)
- Products without original packaging
- Opened hygiene-related electronics (like earbuds, trimmers, etc.)
- Items showing signs of misuse or tampering
⏱️ Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Requests after this period may not be accepted
🔄 Replacement or Refund
If your return is approved, you can choose:
✔ Replacement
- Same model only
- Subject to stock availability
✔ Refund
- Issued if replacement is not available
- Processed after quality inspection
💳 Refund Process & Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- UPI
- Card (Debit/Credit)
- Wallets
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)
⏳ Timeline:
- Refund initiation: 3–5 business days after approval
- Bank processing time may vary
💡 Note:
Shipping charges are only refunded if:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product was defective or damaged
📦 Return Pickup Process
Once approved:
- A courier partner will arrange pickup
- Product must be securely packed
- All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
If pickup is not available:
You may be asked to ship the product, and we may reimburse shipping costs (up to a defined limit).
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- After delivery, return policy applies
📦 Return Condition Rules
Returned products must meet all conditions:
- Original packaging intact
- No physical/user damage
- Serial number / IMEI intact
- All accessories included
Failure to meet conditions may lead to rejection.
🛡️ Warranty Support
Some products include manufacturer warranty.
- Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer
- Unless otherwise stated, we do not manage warranty repairs
