5. Return Pickup
Once your request is approved:

Our courier partner will schedule a pickup

The product must be packed securely

You must hand over all original items, accessories, manuals, and packaging
If return pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to ship the item manually and reimburse shipping costs (up to a limit).
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
7. Product Condition Requirements
