Thank you for shopping with KOSHA TEKSOL PRIVATE LIMITED (Zaptronix).

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return & refund experience. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds work on our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not working.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Hygiene-related electronics (earbuds, trimmers, etc.) if opened

  • Products showing signs of misuse or tampering


2. Timeline for Returns

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible.


3. Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for return, you may choose:

  • Replacement (if the item is in stock)

  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

Replacements are issued for the same model only.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, such as:

  • UPI

  • Wallet

  • Credit Card / Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

Refund Timeline (TAT)

Once the refund request is approved, KOSHA TEKSOL PRIVATE LIMITED will initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.

The actual time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product


5. Return Pickup

Once your request is approved:

  • Our courier partner will schedule a pickup.

  • The product must be packed securely.

  • You must hand over all original items, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

If return pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to ship the item manually, and we will reimburse shipping costs up to a limited amount.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return after delivery.


7. Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Without damage caused by the user

  • With serial numbers / IMEI intact

  • With all accessories included

Products failing these conditions may be rejected.


8. Warranty Claims

Some items may come with a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer, unless stated otherwise.


9. Fraud Prevention

KOSHA TEKSOL PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse:

  • Excessive return requests

  • Fake or fraudulent claims

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition

We may block accounts engaging in abusive return behavior.
